Though young, the domaine has quickly gained attention from sommeliers and natural wine buyers for energetic, terroir driven wines that combine Jura authenticity with a polished, modern edge. Pascal didnt arrive by accident. Before launching La Patelle, he worked as a cooper (barrel craftsman) and later
