Isle of Raasay The Draam 2003 Matured in Pedro Ximénez andDESCRIPTION The core expression from Isle of Raasay Distillery in the Islands region, first released in 2021 and officially named The Draam in 2025. Peated and unpeated spirit are matured separately in first fill rye whiskey casks (65%), virgin Chinkapin oak (24%), and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks (11%), before being married together. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46. 4%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Red apples and cherries with
