It was a nice November day in Denver and as I headed downtown I grabbed my camera to take some pictures along the way to an event

Towards the end of the summer one year living in Missoula

This was exactly the case as the sun lit up the clouds for a couple of minutes during the first sunrise for the year over the skyline of Denver

I fought the urge to sleep in and woke up in time to capture the first sunrise over Denver

On a summer morning I headed to a park in Uptown to photograph the skyline of the city

Veterans Day in Colorado Size:16"x20" It was a nice NovemberOn Veterans Day a few years ago there was a light snowfall overnight. As the snow was starting to melt, I walked over to Lincoln Park in Denver which is located between the State Capitol and Civic Center Park. In this park is the Colorado Veterans Memorial and today there were US and Colorado flags around the monument. With a low angle I worked to capture the signage as well as some of the flags which were on display.
