Made from 100% Scottish barley and peated to 108. 2ppm, its a bold, expressive release, but with layers and layers of flavour also coming in from the cask. The release was originally aged in second fill wine and second fill bourbon casks, ahead of a 2023 recasking into first fill ex Cognac barrels. A fascinating single malt
