Chumil Basket Color:Purple Handwoven with natural and redOur artisan partners named this basket "Chumil," the Kaqchikel word for "star." Skillfully woven from longleaf pine needles, pajn (a native grass in Guatemala), and raffia, with a central star design rendered in shades of green or purple, this basket is beautiful for display but also entirely functional. Pine needles, pajn and raffia 10" diameter exclusive of handles, 14" including handles
