Rico Nuevo Cebreros Jiron de Niebla 2020 Domaine Michel Gros 2022 Calcarius is Valentina Passalacqua's secondGarnacha from the high granite terraces of Cebreros in the Sierra de Gredos, where cool nights and poor soils give wines of perfume and energy. Rico Nuevo is a family estate working old bush vines across scattered micro parcels, farming organically with a hands off approach in the cellar. Jiron de Niebla (a nod to El Sotillo's old vines) is one of their single site Garnachas, vinified in steel, concrete and old wood to capture the site without oak
