Tinto 'Mendoza', Altos Las Hormigas Size:750 ml at Langhorne Creek and in48% Bonarda, 45% Malbec & 7% Semilln The Bonarda and Malbec are sourced mainly from Lujn de Cuyo and a small percentage from Medrano The Semilln is sourced from the Uco Valley Hand harvested followed by double sorting process Malbec and Semilln grapes are harvested early and co fermented Bonarda is vinified separately All components were fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks between 24 26C for 10 days Aged for a minimum of 9 months
