Then distilled in 2017 with 128. 9PPM, aged for 5 years in first fill oloroso sherry hogsheads, first and second fill Amarone casks. On the nose it is prunes, red currants and malted barley wrapped in leather. The palate brings the influence of European oak, a touch of dryness and vibrancy of wood spices, smoked oak and roasted coffee.
