Also known as a Shield Mantis do to the expanded pronotum plate that protects their thorax. These mantises can range in color from a pale green color to brown. Like all mantises they should be given a tall enclosure that has enough height for them to hang when they molt. Vertical branches and bark will give them something to suspend
