Sherrah Grenache Rose Region:McLaren Vale 12 x Gibson Dirtman ShirazNotes from the producer: 60 year old Grenache vines grown in deep sand on the Wait vineyard high in the Blewitt Springs sub region were hand harvested early at 12 Baume specifically for Rose production. The bunches were destemmed and allowed to rest in the press for 3 hours to extract just the right amount of colour, flavour and tannin.
