Sourced mainly in the Grafenberg and partly in the Goldtrpfchen, this is a very lush, piquant and elegant Kabinett with crystalline structure and lingering salinity. Very young but promising. Lovely notes of pink grapefruit, tangerine, apricot and spices emerge from the glass. Flavors of yellow peach, anise and almond are well wrapped into
