Antique Hand Carved Black Forest Cheroot Holder Pipe, Dog, Hound Faience Marie-AntoinetteA wonderful little bit of hand carved wood from the 19th century carvers of the Black Forest region of Europe. This is a cheroot holder, or small pipe made to hold the smallish cigars called 'cheroot'. The carved pipe like holder is a working pipe, not just an ornament.
