Clarendon 2000 Rum Sponge No.21b 44.3% 70cl Forsyths WP Single Malts of Scotland haveA wonderful 22 year old Clarendon from Rum Sponge. This bottling shows a sorter side to Clarendon after full term continental ageing. Nose: Wormwood, slightly medicinal with dried mint and aniseed. Palate: Medicinal again. Gherkins, grapefruit and a slight salinity. Finish: More menthol with hints of cloves and star anise.
